«In 2014, I took part in the Immunity to Change workshop with Eva Maria. It was really fun, revealing and profound and triggered me to start working one-on-one with her.

The coaching made me realize that all my more concrete goals and my need for personal growth were connected. Eva Maria has a wonderful ability to work holistically and connect the dots. Her intuition is powerful and her insights were guiding stars in my life. Each session stirred up a lot, but Eva Maria made me trust that doing difficult inner work was necessary for the transformation I was seeking.

When I did the exercises that she suggested as homework (e.g. writing fictitious letters), I could already feel the sensation of a deeper peace. I faced very painful memories and, in the end, created very positive transformations. I learned to forgive others and have compassions towards myself. I had done a lot of different techniques and I am a seeker of ways in which I can improve myself and my contribution the world and Eva Maria’s coaching was an intrinsical part in this process at a time where I wanted to find a more genuine way to live my life; one that was more aligned to my deeper values.
